Meet your guide
Hi, I’m Bianca.
I help women uncover what they’re truly here to say and turn it into content that feels honest, clear and capable of supporting a real business.
But my own story didn’t begin with confidently showing up online.
For years, I hid behind other people’s work.
I created and hosted retreats, filmed teachers and helped meaningful projects become visible, while remaining safely behind the scenes myself.
Eventually, I realized that the work wasn’t only asking me to support other people’s voices.
It was asking me to find my own.
Learning to be seen didn’t mean inventing a new version of myself. It meant understanding the thread that had always connected my experiences: storytelling, spirituality, visibility, freedom and the courage to create a life around what I believed in.
Today, I combine content strategy with storytelling, somatic work and the inner work of visibility.
Because most women don’t need to become more interesting.
They need to stop separating the parts of themselves that already make their work unforgettable.

What we’ll explore
DAY 1:
THE STORY BENEATH THE BLOCK
From hiding to being seen
Before you can tell your story, your body needs to feel safe enough to be witnessed.
During our first session, we will explore the internal blocks that make you hesitate, overthink, shrink or hide online, even when you know you have something meaningful to share.
Together, we will:
- Move through a somatic practice around visibility and being seen
- Explore your fear of judgment, misunderstanding and taking up space
- Meet the parts of you that have learned to stay hidden
- Work with a meditation around growth, expansion and receiving more
- Map the experiences that shaped your values, perspective and work
- Begin identifying the patterns that have followed you throughout your life
You will leave Day One with a deeper understanding of what has been stopping you from expressing yourself, and the story that has been waiting underneath it.
DAY 2:
TURN YOUR STORY INTO STRATEGY
From lived experience to content that sells
On Day Two, we will take what you uncovered and translate it into a clear storytelling and content direction.
Together, we will:
- Find the red thread connecting your life, message and work
- Identify the parts of your story that are relevant to the people you want to help
- Learn the difference between meaningful vulnerability and oversharing
- Define three storytelling pillars you can return to consistently
- Learn how to connect a personal story to a lesson, belief or offer
- Structure stories that build trust and naturally support a sale
- Create one piece of content that you can share immediately
You won’t leave with another list of generic content ideas.
You’ll leave knowing where your ideas come from.
What we'll work on
Your content doesn’t need another strategy before it has a soul.
You can learn hooks, study trends and save hundreds of content prompts.But none of those things will tell you what you are here to say.
And when you don’t understand the deeper message behind your work, creating content starts to feel like assembling random pieces that don’t belong together.
One day you talk about your expertise. The next day you share something personal. Then you disappear because you’re not sure how any of it connects, or whether anybody wants to hear it.
The problem isn’t that you don’t have anything valuable to say. The problem is that your experiences, expertise, beliefs and offer still feel like separate parts of you.
The Red Thread will help you bring them together.
